The EGCC Golf Marathon 2024 is one of the most anticipated and exciting events of the season, bringing together golf lovers from all over Estonia. This spectacular marathon will take place on Friday 21 June and will take participants to the Jõelähtme Sea Course and Stone Course, offering a total of 42 holes of pure golfing fun. Traditionally taking place before Midsummer, the golf marathon will offer participants the chance to enjoy both sporting excitement and inspiring scenery.

Competition Details

Timetable and tracks:

  • Starts at 8am.
  • Sea Course: 18 lanes.
  • Stone Course: 9 + 9 + 6 lanes.

Participants and classes:

  • All golfers with a WHS HCPI of 30 or less are welcome.
  • Men and women compete in a joint competition.
  • Individual classes:
    • HCPI 0-15,0: HCP-strikeout game (club tide).
    • HCPI 15,1-30,0: Point game (club tithe).

Team measurement:

  • Teams consist of three members.
  • The result of each lane will be determined by the score of the two best members.

Schbot Robotics is the main sponsor of the EGCC Golf Marathon 2024 and will bring not only a sporting spirit to the competition, but also some proud prizes:

Winners will also be rewarded West Cape wine shop prizes and the day's energy will be provided by Vitamin Well Enhance, GKRBrands and Haage. Special medals will be awarded to the best runners in each class and the overall winners will have their names engraved on a challenge cup that will live on in the marathon's history.

A Pleasant Day Full of Golf and Good Food

The participants' golf day will be made even more special by the additional facilities:

  • The competition fee includes practice balls, catering and a barbecue dinner at the Da Vinci Golf Restaurant in Jõelähtme.
  • Lunch: a 20-minute break between the 5th and 13th holes of the Sea Course, with refreshing energy shots from the course café.

  • The starting order will be published on 20 June at 12:00.
  • Competition fee:
    • EGCC club members €69.
    • 99 € for guests.
