General terms and conditions of the e-shop

1. Scope and validity of the Terms

1.1 These general terms and conditions of the e-shop of Schbot Robotics OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the seller) (hereinafter referred to as the terms and conditions) shall apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as the buyer/customer) who use the www.schbot.ee e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop), order goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the goods) from the e-shop, including by concluding a purchase and sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the sales contract) for the purchase of goods from the e-shop.

By accepting the terms and conditions, the buyer confirms that he/she has read, agrees with and will comply with the terms and conditions of the sales contract.

2. Buying goods and placing an order in your online shop

2.1 It is possible to purchase goods from the e-shop that have a link "Add to cart". The price and availability of the goods may change from time to time and without notice. If the Buyer has placed an order before the price of the goods has changed, the price valid at the time of the order will apply.

2.2 The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded through the e-shop and not to deliver the ordered goods or to provide the service in the following cases: the goods are out of stock; the goods have the status "On order" in the e-shop and are out of stock; the price or the characteristics of the goods are incorrectly displayed in the e-shop due to a system error.

2.3 Shopping basket and placing an order

You can change the quantity of goods in your shopping basket. Select the appropriate delivery method to order. You will be asked to specify the delivery method on the order form. We deliver via Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals (3.85€), Omniva parcel terminals (3.85€), Omniva post offices (4.00€), Omniva courier (6.00€) and DPD Pickup (3.85€). The delivery time for products in stock is 2-5 working days and for products on order 3-4 weeks. The delivery time per product is shown on the product sheet.

The coupon can be used by opening the "Discount Code" box and entering your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box and clicking the "Add Coupon" button.

Confirm your order by clicking on the "Place Order" button and you will be directed to pay according to the payment method you have chosen. You can change the payment method in the previous step. If you wish, you can register as a user of the schbot e-shop. Select the delivery method and press the "Continue" button. You will be presented with the final choice of payment method for confirming your order and completing your purchase. Select the payment method and pay for your purchase. You must be careful when placing your order, as the prompt and uninterrupted delivery of the products ordered depends on it.

Schbot Robotics OÜ is the controller of personal data, Schbot Robotics OÜ company transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

The sales contract shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment of receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation to the bank account of Schbot Robotics OÜ or from the moment of signing the hire-purchase agreement. The outstanding order confirmation will not be executed by the seller.

2.4 Payment for goods

You can pay for the products: via internet banking (Swedbank and SEB bank links). You can pay by instalment by clicking on the "pay by instalment" button on the order confirmation page and following the instructions on the screen.

You can pay by gift card and credit card by clicking on the appropriate payment method and following the instructions on the screen.

After payment, the e-shop will send you an Order Confirmation and an invoice.

Any personal information disclosed to Schbot during the course of your visit to the Schbot e-shop and during the course of your purchases will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the buyer's personal data and bank transactions. Representatives of Schbot Robotics OÜ do not have access to the respective encrypted data.

2.5 Delivery and handover of the Products

The goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer in the order. The Buyer will be informed of the delivery by means of the contact details provided when placing the order. The transport of the goods ordered shall be carried out in accordance with the transport conditions in force at the time the order is placed.

Please make sure that the contact details you provide when placing your order are correct to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. Schbot Robotics OÜ and the courier company will not be held responsible for delays in delivery of products or misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by you when placing your order.

The goods are delivered only to the buyer and on the basis of a delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, carefully inspect the packaging of the goods and, if the packaging is damaged, make a note to that effect on the delivery note. In the event of damaged packaging, you may refuse to accept the shipment and/or immediately notify Schbot's customer service at sales@schbot.com.

Goods are delivered to a third party if there is a power of attorney (including if the buyer has specified a third party as the recipient of the goods in the order). The seller may authorise third parties to deliver the goods (including the use of courier services).

If the Buyer does not collect the goods within 14 (fourteen) days after the agreed date of receipt of the goods, the Buyer is deemed to be in breach of the sales contract and does not want the goods. The seller has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the sales contract and to claim damages (for example, storage costs) and to set off the damages incurred by the seller against the sums paid in advance by the buyer.

2.6 Withdrawal from the sales contract and return of goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods.

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the goods and packaging must be unused and complete. In the event of withdrawal, all gifts and other added value resulting from the sales contract are returnable.

In the case of return of used or incomplete goods, the seller has the right to set off the cost of the depreciation against the purchase price to be returned to the buyer. Similarly, in the case of non-return of gifts and other added value, the seller is entitled to set off the value of these against the current retail price.

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the seller has the right to offset the transport costs against the refundable purchase price.

If the buyer fails to return the goods within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal, the seller has the right to refuse the withdrawal.

In case of cancellation of the sales contract, the goods can be returned to the Schbot sales office, the address of which can be found on the website www.schbot.ee. You can return the goods by mail to the e-shop of Schbot Robotics OÜ, A.H.Tammsaare tee 47, Tallinn 11316.

The amount of the purchase, including the shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been submitted. The seller has the right to delay the return until the goods to be returned have reached the seller or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned. The amount paid by bank transfer will be credited back to the account from which the payment was received and according to the payment method used to place the order. In the case of a payment made by credit card, a cancellation request shall be submitted to the card payment centre. In the case of a purchase by instalment, the current instalment contract will be cancelled on the basis of a written request sent to sales@Schbot.com. In the case of payment by gift card, the purchase amount will be refunded in gift cards.

2.7 Cancellation of the sales contract

You have the right to cancel your order after you have paid for the goods, but before they are delivered, at no extra cost. In order to cancel the Sales Contract/Order, you must send a notice to this effect, together with the Sales Contract number, to the e-mail address sales@Schbot.com. Confirmation of cancellation of the sales contract will be sent.

3. Data protection and processing principles

3.1 The Seller shall ensure the protection and use of the Buyer's data, including personal data, in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Buyer confirms that it has read and agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law and the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Seller, without the consent of the Buyer, is entitled to process data (including personal data) to the extent necessary for the use of the e-shop, the performance of the sales contract or to ensure the performance of the sales contract. In particular, as a consequence of the foregoing, the Seller is entitled, without separate consent, to. In order to provide better service to buyers and to verify transactions, the seller may, without the consent of the buyer and without any obligation on the seller to provide the buyer with the necessary information, in particular notifications concerning the use of the services of the e-shop, such as notifications that are in the interest of the security of the users of the e-shop; to store, for the purpose of providing better service to buyers and of verifying transactions, the details of orders placed by the buyer logged into the e-shop, including, for a reasonable period of time, those orders not completed by the buyer during the course of the session.

3.2 If the Buyer has given his consent to the marketing use of the data at the time of entering into the Customer Agreement or by otherwise confirming his consent (e.g. through self-service), the Seller will use the data for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of sending personalised direct marketing, promotional and discount offers for services and goods to the Buyer by electronic means (e.g. by e-mail or SMS).

3.3 The Buyer has the right at any time to withdraw the consent given for the marketing use of the data by sending an email to the Seller to that effect or by following the instructions in the direct marketing offer sent to the Seller's email address to opt out of receiving further direct marketing offers.

4. Liability and dispute settlement

4.1 In case of non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract (defective goods), the consumer has the right to submit a claim to the seller within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods. The claim must be lodged without delay, but not later than 2 (two) months from the discovery of the defect. Upon discovery of the defect, the consumer must take reasonable measures to preserve and protect the goods, including not using the defective goods if the use of the goods would further deteriorate their condition.

4.2 In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract, the Buyer may invoke the remedies provided by law, including the right to demand the repair or replacement of the goods or to withdraw from the sales contract and return the non-conforming goods.

4.3 Schbot Robotics OÜ shall not be liable for: deterioration/damage of the goods caused by the Buyer, defects caused by irregular use of the goods, normal physical wear and tear of the goods in case of normal use.

4.4 If the Goods are covered by a seller's or manufacturer's warranty, the terms of the warranty will be given to the Buyer in writing with the Goods and/or made available electronically in the e-shop.

4.5 In order to resolve any problems at a later stage, the buyer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) proving that the goods have been purchased from the seller's e-shop. Without proof of sale, the seller/service provider may fail to resolve the problem.

4.6 Complaints related to goods purchased from the e-shop can be submitted to Schbot Robotics OÜ e-shop A.H.Tammsaare tee 47, Tallinn 11316 , e-mail address: sales@schbot.com. Complaints are also accepted at Schbot's sales office, the address of which can be found on the website www.Schbot.ee. The trader will reply to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

4.7 When submitting a claim, the defective Goods must also be submitted. The Seller and the Buyer shall enter into an agreement on the maintenance and repair of the equipment if it is necessary to send the goods for diagnostics or expert examination in order to determine the nature and cause of the defect.

4.8 The resolution of defects in the goods shall be based on the terms and conditions for the submission of claims of Schbot Robotics OÜ, which are an integral part of the sales contract and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and have been confirmed by the Buyer prior to the conclusion of the sales contract.

4.9 The Seller will ensure that the goods sold in the e-shop comply with the standards in force in the European Union. The circumstances referred to in these standards shall not be deemed to constitute a defect.

4.11 The consumer has the right to contact the competent supervisory authority, which is the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Authority(link) at Rahukohtu 2, Tallinn, 10130, e-mail: info@tka.riik.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising out of a contract between a consumer and a trader which the parties have not been able to settle by agreement(link). 5. Other conditions

5.1 Product images are illustrative.

5.2 Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. In this case, Schbot Robotics OÜ reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and to refund the money to the customer's bank account within 10 working days. 5.5.2.

5.3 Schbot's e-shop reserves the right to withdraw from a sale if any of the following problems have occurred with the goods: a human error in entering the price, or a technical error in the system (for example, if a steam cleaner costing EUR 700 is on sale for EUR 7, this is an obvious error). Consequently, we expect that the customer should understand that this is an error and that the product should not be sold at this price).

5.4 Product information will be regularly checked and improved. Information may have been updated since your last visit. Due to the incompleteness of manufacturers' data sheets, product information in the Schbot e-shop may contain inaccuracies. In this case, Schbot e-shop does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the product data. However, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the product information with our customer service team on +372 6864077 before making a purchase, if possible.

 

Gift card policy

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for all online purchases.
  2. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
  3. No refund or refund will be issued in the event of a lost or invalid gift card.
  4. The gift voucher can only be used once.
  5. Schbot.ee shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused in relation to:
    a. The purchase, redemption and/or use of your gift card;
    b. Your inability to use the gift card due to lost, forgotten or invalid/incorrect contact details; or
    c. Use of the Gift Card by persons not authorized or approved by you.
  6. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, delete or add to these Terms.

Coupon policy

  1. Each voucher is identified by a voucher code and has different requirements and rewards. Please check your voucher to ensure that all the requirements on the voucher have been met to qualify for the discount.
  2. The coupon values are specified on the coupon.
  3. Coupons are for single use only.
  4. Coupons can only be redeemed at Schbot.ee
  5. Coupon may not be used in conjunction with the purchase of products sold by third parties or their brands, including, but not limited to, Schbot.ee affiliates or third party merchants (including any existing Schbot.ee linked websites).
  6. In the case of orders for multiple items, the value of the voucher is allocated to each item based on the ratio of the value of the goods to the total value of all items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges.
  7. Certain products may not qualify for a discount. This includes new items that by law cannot be sold at a discount in certain countries.
  8. Some promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order. In general, only one coupon code may be used per order.
  9. Each voucher is valid for a limited period only and expires on the date stated in the offer.
