1. The provider of the sales guarantee (Schbot Robotics OÜ, 12018287) provides a sales guarantee for the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a consumer is a natural person if the purchase of the goods does not relate to the exercise of his/her independent economic or professional activity.

3. If, during the term of the sales guarantee, a defect in the material, construction or assembly of the goods becomes apparent, the issuer of the sales guarantee shall arrange for the goods to be repaired free of charge.

4. If the repair of the goods is unsuccessful or, in the opinion of the issuer of the sales guarantee, not economically feasible, the issuer of the sales guarantee shall replace the goods free of charge.

5. If the repair of the Goods is unsuccessful or, in the opinion of the issuer of the sales guarantee, not economically feasible, but the replacement of the Goods is impossible (in particular, if the same Goods are no longer produced), the issuer of the sales guarantee shall return the money paid for the Goods.

6. The sales guarantee does not apply if:

6.1 The serial number of the goods is not identifiable;

6.2. Defects in the goods are due to misuse;

6.3. Defects of the goods are due to natural wear and tear;

6.4. The defect is due to abnormal external environmental influences (excessive humidity, heat, etc.);

6.5. Damage to the goods is the result of an accident (e.g. a fall);

6.6. The defect in the goods is caused by failure to follow the instructions in the instruction manual or other document accompanying the goods;

6.7. periodic maintenance of the Goods is provided for in the maintenance book, user manual or other document accompanying the Goods and the Buyer has not contacted the sales representative of the provider of the sales guarantee in due time.

7. The guarantee expires:

7.1. At the expiry of the sales guarantee period;

7.2. In the event of removal or infringement of the serial number of the goods;

7.3. repair or attempted repair of the Goods by a person other than the Seller.

8. If a defect in material, construction or assembly of the Goods becomes apparent during the term of the sales guarantee, the Buyer shall have the right, at its own discretion, to turn to the representative office located at Tallinn, Tammsaare tee 47 during the term of the sales guarantee. You can send the goods by courier, parcel service or come to the place of purchase yourself.

9. When contacting the agency of the seller, the Buyer must hand over the repaired goods and describe the defect.
At the request of the agency of the seller, the Buyer must present a document proving the time of purchase of the goods (e.g. invoice or these terms and conditions).

10. The seller shall repair the goods free of charge within a reasonable period of time not exceeding 60 days. The seller-guarantor shall inform the Buyer that the goods have been repaired by telephone or e-mail. After the goods have been repaired, the Buyer will be able to collect the goods from the same place of business to which he delivered them for repair. If the buyer wishes to use a parcel courier or courier service, a transport invoice will be issued. 

11. If the repair of the Goods fails or is not economically feasible in the opinion of the Seller, the Seller shall inform the Buyer by telephone or e-mail, stating the date on which the Buyer can receive the replaced Goods earlier. The Buyer will be able to take delivery of the replaced Goods at the same place of business where he delivered the original Goods for repair.

12. If the repair of the goods fails or is not economically feasible in the opinion of the issuer of the sales guarantee, but the replacement of the goods is impossible and the issuer of the sales guarantee has decided to return the money paid for the goods, the issuer of the sales guarantee shall inform the Buyer by telephone or e-mail. The Buyer shall in such a case be obliged to communicate his bank account number to which the issuer of the sales guarantee can return the money paid for the goods. The seller-guarantor shall return the money within 14 days of receiving the account number from the Buyer. The return of the money to the account of a third party is only possible on the basis of a written application by the Buyer.

13. The provider of the sales guarantee does not reimburse the Buyer for the costs of transporting the goods or for any loss or damage incurred by the Buyer due to the impossibility of using the goods during the period of damage and repair. In no case shall the provider of the sales guarantee compensate the Buyer for any loss of profit.

14. In addition to the rights arising from the sales guarantee, the consumer Buyer also has other statutory rights.
